Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to keep our stores running smoothly, from beverage equipment to ice makers and fuel dispensers. You’ll respond to repair requests, manage parts, and support other technicians in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of maintenance experience, plus a valid driver’s license. We offer benefits, PTO, tuition assistance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Skills: leadership, peer-to-peer tech support, effective communication, handle stretch assignments, facility location ownership, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment (beverage & food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers).
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train other level I technicians and prioritize work; perform basic maintenance on structures.
