Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to cover the Market - AMRET region in KY. You will build strong retailer relationships, educate merchants about the client’s financial services and program benefits, and ensure outstanding in-store experiences.

The role involves daily field travel, 22-35 store visits per day, and a mix of in-store engagement, driving, and administrative follow-up. Weekly pay and a full benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations in your territory and engage merchants professionally.
• Educate new merchants on client programs and benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure understanding.
• Place and maintain POS materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity with mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Meet territory goals and coverage expectations with leadership support.
