Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize truck deliveries and stock to the sales floor.
• Ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Uphold labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
• Promote loyalty programs and credit programs.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
