Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring Retail Sales Associates to promote NRG electricity and gas at local Walmart locations. You will engage with customers, explain products, and help them find energy-saving solutions in-store.

This is a full-time retail role with paid training, a first-sale bonus, and performance-based growth in a premier retailer setting. The position offers base pay plus uncapped commission, next-day pay with DailyPay, and benefits including health, PTO and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
