Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Full-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser to join our Hoover, AL team. You will visit major retailers to install, maintain, and troubleshoot client displays, turning shelves into sales magnets while representing leading brands.

Weekly hours range from 32 to 40 with occasional weekends and potential travel for larger regions. Benefits include health plans, 401(k) with match, and weekly W-2 pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous merchandising or 3PL experience highly desirable.
• Ability to read planograms and follow display diagrams precisely.

Responsibilities

• Visit and complete merchandising projects at major retailers within assigned territory (e.g., Best Buy, Walmart, Target).
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of client displays to drive sales.
• Represent clients like Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel, and others during store visits.
