Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to oversee and grow all aspects of the organization’s online retail operations. This role collaborates with Retail General Manager, internal teams, and client marketing to execute online merchandise strategies, launches, and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ecommerce operations including product setup, merchandising, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with client marketing teams on launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a merchandise/ecommerce calendar with the Retail GM and clients.
• Oversee online product launches from setup through fulfillment readiness.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer buying trends to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with creative/marketing teams to improve product presentation and online merchandising standards.
• Ensure product pages are accurate, organized, and visually consistent.
• Serve as primary contact for clients regarding ecommerce operations and performance.
• Lead weekly client meetings on ecommerce initiatives and store performance.
• Monitor and manage customer inquiries and order-related concerns.

Job Summary

The Ecommerce Manager to oversee and grow all aspects of the organization’s ecommerce operations. This role will work closely with the Retail General Manager, internal operations teams, and client marketing departments to execute online merchandise strategies, product launches, and digital retail initiatives. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for maintaining the overall health and performance of the ecommerce platform, managing online merchandising strategies, monitoring inventory flow, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across all digital sales channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced sports and event retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations, including product setup, merchandising, pricing, inventory accuracy, and website maintenance
• Coordinate with client marketing teams on product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal merchandise initiatives
• Develop and maintain a merchandise and ecommerce calendar in partnership with the Retail General Manager and clients
• Oversee online product launches from setup through fulfillment readiness
• Monitor ecommerce sales performance, inventory levels, and customer purchasing trends to help maximize revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve product presentation, photography, and online merchandising standards
• Ensure website product pages remain accurate, organized, and visually consistent
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding ecommerce operations, updates, and performance discussions
• Lead weekly or recurring client meetings regarding ecommerce initiatives and online store performance
• Monitor and manage customer communication channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and order-related concerns
• Partner with fulfillment and retail teams to support matchday operations, in-store pickup coordination, and customization workflows
• Work closely with the R&R Ecommerce team to implement platform updates, operational improvements, and new functionality
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and online conversion performance
• Assist with reporting, sales recaps, and inventory analysis as needed

Qualifications

• Previous ecommerce, retail operations, or digital merchandising experience required
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or account management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, inventory systems, and online merchandising practices
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in fast-paced retail, sports, or event-driven environments
• Flexible availability, including occasional nights, weekends, and matchdays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in sports, live events, or high-volume retail environments
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
• Experience coordinating product launches and promotional campaigns
• Understanding of fulfillment operations and customer service best practices
