Responsibilities

• Sort, research, and process a wide variety of donated goods.
• Authenticate and categorize jewelry, including precious metals and gemstones.
• Photograph items to highlight important features for online buyers.
• Write clear, accurate, and compelling product listings.
• Track and label inventory using online systems.
• Pull, package, and ship sold orders quickly and efficiently.
• Participate in inventory purges as needed.
• Meet daily and hourly production goals.
• Move and organize merchandise using carts, dollies, or pallet jacks.
• Support other duties that keep the e-commerce operation thriving.

What You’ll Do

As a key part of our online sales team, you'll:

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a non–climate‑controlled environment
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

About the Role

Supervision: This is a non‑supervisory position.
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
