Job summary

Better Together Animal Alliance seeks an Assistant Manager to lead retail and sorting operations, ensuring efficient donation processing, pricing, stocking and strong guest service. You will work with the Sorting Supervisor to maximize collections and donor satisfaction, while maintaining a clean, compliant and safe environment.

The role requires a bachelor's degree (preferred) and 3–4 years in production/retail management, with duties spanning supervisory responsibilities, scheduling and loss

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Three to four years related production/retail management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.

Responsibilities

• Proper processing and separation of incoming donations, salvage and waste.
• Ensure assigned facility maximizes used goods processing and pricing for sale.
• Maintain sales performance through stock rotation, display, signage and inventory levels.
• Provide quality guest service to guests, donors and team members.
• Supervise Retail and Sorting Facility teams and manage HR processes.
