Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers in Douglas, GA is seeking a dedicated Retail Associate – Processor to handle donation processing and merchandise flow. You will learn and perform multiple areas of the retail operation, ensuring quality processing and timely movement of donated items to the sales floor.

The role is part-time with 20–30 hours weekly, pays $13.00 per hour, and includes benefits like medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Average math skills.
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service; preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes and sorts donated goods quickly and accurately.
• Stocks the store shelves in a neat and orderly manner.
• Rotates merchandise on a color-coded system.
• Identifies quality donation. Ensures donations are priced, processed, and transported to the sales floor on time.
• Achieves production goals and outcomes based on the quality and quantity of donations.
• Works in other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team.
