2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking reliable Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to service multiple brands across the Memphis area. You’ll install fixtures, update displays, and follow client directives while coordinating with store teams.

A vehicle and background checks are required, with a flexible, weekday schedule and travel up to 90 miles from home. The role emphasizes independent work, timely communications, and accurate documentation using mobile devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in installation/merchandising beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must own Android or iOS device and be able to upload photos.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures per planograms.
• Complete store resets, remodels, and display repairs as directed.
• Document work with photos and forms before leaving the site.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas while representing the client professionally.
• Coordinate with field management and team members to meet deadlines.
