Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking reliable Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to support major brands. You will install and update fixtures, follow planograms, and complete resets across various retail venues within a 90-mile radius of your home.

A valid driver’s license, your own vehicle, and background checks are required. The role offers flexible scheduling from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., weekday hours, and opportunities for ongoing assignments.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
• Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Installation and merchandising experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tool usage.
• Ability to follow planogram directives.

Responsibilities

• Respond and communicate with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
• Keep availability updated and accurate.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing.
• Complete necessary forms/images/surveys for each job/assignment.
• Maintain displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Perform break-fix repairs to keep displays functional.
• Participate in early morning installations with a team.
• Manage virtual software and ensure task execution.
• Track activity and report via designated systems.
