Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking reliable Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to work independently at various retail venues within a 90‑mile radius. You will install fixtures, resets, and displays, follow planograms, and document work with mobile devices. A valid license, insurance, reliable vehicle, and background checks are required.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with flexible hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Travel up to 90 miles is expected from home base in TN.

Qualifications

• Requires reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage schedule and deadlines.
• Comfortable using hand tools and technology and able to upload photos from mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays.
• Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs.
• Follow planograms and client directives with accuracy.
• Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other equipment.
• Capture and upload photos to document completed work.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and represent the client professionally.
