ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Santa Rosa, CA to visit major stores within an assigned territory, ensuring proper product display and maintenance. The role emphasizes independence and teamwork, with a focus on accurate reporting and responsiveness to client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, 3PL, or retail is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams with attention to detail.
• Work independently and with a small team when needed.
• Internet access, a Wi-Fi-enabled device, and basic tools are required; laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle required for role duties.
• Stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Store visits at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Up to 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; no weekends/evenings.
• Potential for more hours when covering larger regions or traveling.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each store visit.

Experience & Requirements

• Experience: Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Versatility: Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory
• Attention to Detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Tech-ready:Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus
• Travel Ability: Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
