Job summary

ActionLink in Paris, TN is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain electronics displays across major retailers. You will work up to 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with no weekends or evenings.

General projects pay $17.00 per hour and there are opportunities for higher rates on technical projects. Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit, optional 401(k) with company match, and travel reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory
• Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and teamwork: able to work independently and with a small team
• Tech-ready: internet access, basic handheld tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled device; laptop/desktop access a plus
• Travel ability: valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for role responsibilities
• Physical ability: stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Store visits: complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory, setting up and maintaining products such as TVs, home theater gear, appliances, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and more; ensure proper placement and setup of displays
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit
• Occasional opportunities for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling
• Report progress and outcomes to program managers as required

• **Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more!
