Job summary

ActionLink in Paola, KS is seeking a Part-Time Display Installer to enhance the retail experience by properly placing, assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting promotional displays at major stores within the Paola region.

You'll travel to assigned locations up to 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with no weekend/evening shifts. Compensation starts at $20 per hour, with higher rates for additional technical projects, paid training, and a company-matching 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising or retail experience desirable.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and display diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Store visits to complete projects at assigned retail stores.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each visit.

• Experience: Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable**
• Versatility: Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory**
• Attention to Detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams**

• Tech-ready:Internet access, Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand-held tools.**
• Travel Ability: Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of their role**
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance**
