Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Display Installer in Paducah, KY. You will visit major retail stores within the assigned territory to set up and maintain product displays, ensuring proper placement and detailed reporting after each visit.

Ideal candidates have merchandising or retail experience, show independence and teamwork, and are tech-ready with a device and internet access. The role offers paid training, travel reimbursements, and PTO bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, 3PL or retail is highly desirable.
• Attention to detail in following display diagrams and instructions.
• Ability to work independently and with a small team as needed.
• Tech-ready: internet access and a GPS-enabled device is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to complete projects and set up/maintain product displays across assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos and feedback for each store visit.
• Travel up to 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm.

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment ; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more!
• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays**
• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel**
• Scheduling: Up to 20 hours* per week, availability required Monday- Friday; 8:00am to 6:00pm. No weekends/evenings*
• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.**
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit**

• Tech-ready:Internet access, Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand-held tools.**
• Travel Ability: Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.**
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance**
