Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking a Part-Time Retail Display Installer for Countryside, IL. You will visit stores to set up and maintain electronics displays, ensuring proper placement and operation. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the territory.

Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for higher rates on technical projects. Training is provided, and PTO accrues weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail environments is highly desirable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Able to follow display diagrams and instructions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores to set up and maintain product displays across electronics and home goods.
• Represent client brands and ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos after each store visit and adhere to scheduling (up to 20 hours per week, Mon–Thu, 8:00–17:00).
• Travel within territory and potentially cover larger regions as needed.

• **Store Visits: ** Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment ; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more!

• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays**

• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel**

• **Scheduling: Up to 20 hours per week, availability required Monday-Thursday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends/evenings

• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.**

• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit**

• Experience: Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable**
