Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with retail platforms including Brand Registry or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel (including VLOOKUP), Outlook, OneNote.
• Experience with Brand Registry, Ads, Seller Central, and Vendor Central preferred.
• Strong interest in entertainment, franchises, consumer products, retail and pop culture.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of retail strategies by coordinating initiatives with licensees, retailers, and partners across entertainment brands.
• Manage retail operations: product information, ASIN setup, listings, launch timelines, promotions, trackers, assortments, sales reports, marketing calendars, planning documents.
• Coordinate Brand Registry onboarding and whitelisting with legal/licensing teams; monitor product availability and troubleshoot issues across platforms.
• Support franchise and retail marketing programs: product submissions, assets, campaigns, retailer presentations, business recaps, competitive research.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, provide project management and administrative support.

A leading digital streaming network seeks a Retail Development Coordinator to support retail development initiatives by coordinating retail programs, managing licensing partnerships, tracking product launches, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute franchise and consumer products strategies.

Retail Development Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of retail strategies by partnering with internal teams, licensees, retailers, and external partners to coordinate retail initiatives across a portfolio of entertainment brands and franchises.
• Manage retail operations by maintaining product information, ASIN setup, product listings, launch timelines, promotional participation, product trackers, retail assortments, sales reports, marketing calendars, and other planning documents while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate Brand Registry onboarding and whitelisting activities with legal and licensing teams, monitor product availability across the company and other e-commerce platforms, troubleshoot retail issues, and identify opportunities for improved execution.
• Support franchise and retail marketing programs by coordinating product submissions, creative assets, promotional campaigns, retailer presentations, business recaps, competitive research, strategy materials, and cross-functional communication with licensing, marketing, analytics, and creative teams.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, provide project management and administrative support, communicate retail priorities between licensees and internal teams, and help drive retail strategies and campaign execution.

Retail Development Coordinator Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in the licensing industry.
• 1-2 years of experience working directly with Retail platforms, including the company's Brand Registry or comparable retail platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal and external partners, supporting retail development, licensing, and e-commerce initiatives, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel (including VLOOKUP), Outlook, and OneNote.
• Experience with the company's Brand Registry is preferred.
• Experience with the company's Ads, Seller Central, and Vendor Central is preferred.
• Strong interest in entertainment, franchises, consumer products, retail, and pop culture is preferred.
• Experience contributing to creative, marketing, and franchise-driven initiatives while working with data is preferred.
• Curiosity and interest in identifying emerging consumer, retail, and marketplace trends is preferred.

Shift:

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, based on location.
• Open to candidates located in Los Angeles, CA, or New York, NY (Preferred location).
