Job summary

Framebridge is hiring a Design Consultant in New York to guide customers through the custom framing process and deliver a memorable in-store experience. You’ll be the friendly, design-minded face on the floor, reporting to the Store Manager and helping customers frame what they love.

Responsibilities include demonstrating products, answering questions, and maintaining a welcoming environment while working a flexible part-time schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail or hospitality roles.
• Engaging personality with strong interpersonal communication.
• Interest in design and creativity in a retail setting.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer service and represent the brand in-store.
• Apply listening and communication skills to build relationships.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers.
• Inspect, photograph, and measure artwork using Framebridge tools.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
