Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Organizes back stock and ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Promotes store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
• Supports management on Associate training needs and day-to-day operations.
