Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 6 months Fred Meyer experience and 1–2 years retail experience
• Minimum 18 (19 in Alaska)
• Ability to pass drug test and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work weekends/nights regularly
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Assist department management and cover manager/assistant manager in their absence
• Sell products and perform cashier functions
• Maintain compliance with merchandising, stockroom, safety, and corporate policies
• Verify ads are in stock and perform ad audits
• Handle mail, RMS procedures, and incident reports
• Promote Company initiatives and lead associates in common areas
• Ensure daily follow-up of Time and Attendance and sales awareness
