Responsibilities

• Assist store management in preparing the department budget, profit and loss reviews, and take appropriate action on financial reports.
• Participate in the inventory process and monitor stock conditions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and note discrepancies.
• Train department associates on inventory/stocking and CAO processes.
• Responsible for fuel delivery and documentation of fuel inventory.
• Process fuel, merchandise, and lottery sales quickly and accurately.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for Fuel center.
• Maintain till according to company policy and perform cashier functions.
• Comply with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions to management.
• Reinforce safety programs and notify management of safety risks.
• Maintain compliance logs and incident reports.
• Clean spills and complete Fuel Spill Reports.
• Notify management of accidents and emergency plans.
• Stock and inventory kiosks and maintain associated equipment.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
