Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly, proactive team member to support grocery store operations. You’ll use a smartphone to capture and store data for our clients while delivering exceptional customer service and assisting in training teammates.

No prior experience is required; we provide training, and there are opportunities for additional hours and career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.

Responsibilities

• Assist in grocery stores nationwide, capturing essential data using smartphone technology.
• Record work after each shift on a smartphone or tablet.
• Engage customers with friendly, enthusiastic service.
• Support team members and leadership with training and mentoring as needed.
