The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking motivated teammates to help shape the shopping experience in grocery stores nationwide. You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner, using a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. This role offers flexible hours, potential additional shifts, and benefits customizable to your family's needs.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Capable of working independently or in a team with safety-focused mindset.
