Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collection at local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks. You will scan barcodes using a mobile app, report quantities as required, and complete display scanning across stores in grocery, drug, and other retail formats.

This role offers independence and flexible scheduling. The position requires 18+ with a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, ability to be on your feet, lift up to 25

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Visit designated local retailers weekly to scan barcodes on displays and in aisles.
• Use a downloadable app on your mobile phone to scan barcodes and report quantities where required.
• Complete display scanning across the store and handle occasional Custom Projects adding time per week per store.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and deliver accurate data to clients.
• Report to your store within deadlines and participate in 52 weeks of data collection, including holidays.
