Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks. You will scan barcodes using a mobile app and provide data for a portion of items weekly while supporting various store types.

The role requires 18+ with a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to stand for long periods. Flexible hours, travel pay, 401(k) eligibility, and referral bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Able to stand for long periods and reach/store items.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and bending/stretching as needed.
• Able to perform repetitive motions and work independently.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Must have reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections by scanning barcodes at assigned retailers.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes across store locations.
• Provide product quantity data for about 45% of scanned items.
• Report to stores within the described deadlines and complete weekly tasks.
• Support clients with additional Custom Projects that add 30 minutes to 2 hours per store.
