Job summary

Circana is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit designated stores weekly and scan barcodes using a mobile app. The data collected helps improve the sales performance of products and retailers.

The role offers flexible, part-time hours with opportunities for additional project work throughout the year. Base weekly hours average 3–6, with potential extra hours per store for special projects; candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable

Qualifications

At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
Reliable vehicle with mandatory state auto insurance.
Ability to stand for long periods and access products throughout the store.
Able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach 6 feet or higher.
Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Must have reliable Wi-Fi and be tech-savvy.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform in-store data collection at assigned local retailers each week for 52 weeks a year.
Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes throughout stores.
Average base hours are 3–6 hours per week per store, with additional hours for special projects.
Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products.
Adhere to weekly deadlines and maintain data quality for clients.
