Job summary

Retail Odyssey in Milwaukee is seeking an entry-level Retail Associate to support in-store merchandising and customer engagement. You’ll record shift activity on a smartphone/tablet, assist customers, and help teammates with training as needed.

We offer friendly onboarding, flexible hours, and benefits designed to fit your family. Prior experience isn’t required; growth from within is encouraged, with opportunities for additional hours.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.
• Perform in-store merchandising tasks to support client needs.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
