Join to apply for the Retail Customer Service Team Member role at Michaels Stores.

Store - DEN-SUPERIOR, CO

Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
  2. Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
  3. Engage customers on Rewards program benefits and complete enrollments
  4. Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
  5. Assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
  6. Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
  7. Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store
  8. Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
  9. Support shrink and safety programs
  10. Adhere to SOPs and company policies for compliance
  11. Interact respectfully with others, promote a positive image, and serve as a role model
  12. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Move throughout the store; bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
  • Lift heavy boxes; access high shelves with ladders
  • Work includes nights, weekends, early mornings; some outdoor work

Applicants must meet legal requirements and be at least 16 years old.

Compensation:

Total Base Pay Range: $14.81 - $17.30
