Store - AUS-ROUND ROCK, TX

Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include:

1. Helping customers shop, locate products, and providing solutions
2. Providing a fast and friendly checkout experience; executing cash handling to standards
3. Engaging customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and completing enrollments
4. Educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
5. Assisting with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
6. Participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
7. Completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including return/go back process and store recovery
8. Performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
9. Supporting shrink and safety programs
10. Adhering to SOPs and company policies to ensure legal and operational compliance
11. Interacting positively and respectfully with others, promoting the organization’s vision and values
12. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, bending, lifting, reaching, stretching
• Lifting heavy boxes, using ladders or similar equipment
• Some outdoor work, early mornings, nights, weekends
