Job summary

The role prefers a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail/service experience. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stay active through walking, standing, and stocking tasks. We value teamwork and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform frequent movement.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks for stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Keep store clean and presentable including restrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
