Job summary

Dollar Tree in Eagleville, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to helping customers. Expect a friendly, clean shopping environment, cross-training for cash register duties, and flexibility to switch to front-end tasks as needed.

You will handle unloading freight, stocking, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a safe, respectful atmosphere for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, merchandising and stocking.
• Support customers and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Perform cashier duties and process transactions.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and protect company assets.
• Ensure store cleanliness, including bathrooms and floors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
