Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II for a part-time, in-store role in Wilkes-Barre, PA. You will assist with merchandising and customer service while supporting cash operations, all in a clean, welcoming environment.

Cross-training will cover cash register and front-end duties. The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, safety, and engagement with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High integrity and basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to cash register.
• Unload trucks, process freight, and stock merchandise.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable store areas.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Process sales transactions and protect cash/assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
