Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska is seeking a Customer Service/Production Associate for the Scottsbluff store. The role covers donor processing, merchandising, cashiering, and delivering excellent customer service at the Scottsbluff location.

You will help prepare donated items for sale, assist shoppers, operate the cash register, and support store operations with a focus on safety and community engagement. This is a full-time position with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a position which requires the providing of excellent customer service desirable
• Previous experience in operating a cash register is desirable

Responsibilities

• Sort, containerize, label and prepare donated items for sale in-store or via e-commerce
• Accurately check out customers and complete sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe appearance both inside and around the store
• Open and close operations as requested by the store manager
• Provide excellent customer service and promote seasonal promotions and round-up opportunities
• Document incidents, supply requirements and other situations for supervisor review
