Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking friendly cashiers to provide fast, accurate service at our Wisconsin location. No experience? No problem—we offer on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, assisting customers, keeping the sales floor clean, and maintaining food-safety standards while working as part of a team.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find items and answer questions about products and services.
• Balance a cash register and complete transactions; suggest additional sales opportunities.
• Ensure proper food safety conditions for fresh food and deli items.
• Clean and maintain the working area, sales floor, restrooms, and pumps.
• May cross-train in other departments and assist with leadership tasks.
• Lift and move up to 25+ pounds; work in varying temperatures.

They may perform various duties depending on business needs so flexibility and teamwork skills are important. No experience? No problem. We will teach you!

Job Functions

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
