Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Scottsbluff, Nebraska store to help deliver a positive shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role is part-time, requires standing and light lifting, and offers opportunities to grow retail skills while serving the community and working with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
