Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in West Virginia. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

We value excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Part-time hours and varied shifts are available to support store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Retail experience in customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to lift 30-50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading and stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors
• Other duties as assigned
