Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the registered counter.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
