Job summary

Family Dollar in Mohave Valley, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Part-time schedule with opportunities for growth is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform standing, walking and other physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Keep the store stocked and merchandise recovered; unload trucks and stock replenishment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment and handle multiple duties as assigned.
