Job summary

Dollar Tree in Suwanee, GA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, process transactions, and keep the store tidy and well stocked.

You will assist customers with questions, manage cash at the register, unload merchandise, restock shelves, and maintain a safe, friendly environment for guests and team members. Previous retail or service experience is preferred; ability to lift 30–50 lbs is required; flexible hours and opportunities to grow are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or grocery/service environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean, restrooms stocked, floors swept and mopped.
• Other duties as assigned.
