Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Bainbridge, GA is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions at the register, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.

You’ll work on unloading trucks, replenishing stock, and upholding safety and friendly service while collaborating with coworkers and leadership. The role offers part-time hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
