Family Dollar LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Loa, Utah to deliver a friendly shopping experience for every customer. You will assist with questions, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and presentable.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience. You must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods, while maintaining a positive, safe, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
