Family Dollar Stores Of Florida LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Fort Myers, FL to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and ensure cash security while keeping shelves stocked and organized.

You will also help receive merchandise, unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe store. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful store environment with professional interactions.
• Keep the store clean, restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, and dispose of trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
