Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Crosby, TX is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, unload trucks, and keep the store clean and safe, while providing friendly service.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Duties include assisting customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist unloading trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
