Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help shoppers with questions, process transactions, and keep the store welcoming and organized.

You will stock shelves, assist unloading trucks, maintain clean restrooms, and ensure safety while delivering friendly service to customers and team members. Part-time role based in Carrollton, TX with opportunities to grow as you provide a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform repeated walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
