IKEA USA is seeking a part-time Retail Customer Associate in Portland, OR. You will play a key role in delivering a positive shopping experience through accurate transactions and personalized service, helping customers find solutions and ensuring a smooth handout, service upsell, and simple returns process.

The role emphasizes friendly interactions, problem solving, and contributing to a positive journey for every visitor in our store environment.

• Offers and sells services to customers during the handover process when needed.
• Provides the customer with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns.

What you'll be doing day to day
