Job summary

EZCORP in Texas is hiring Retail Sales Associates / Retail Customer Service. Start as a Trainee in a 5-week paid training program with potential to become a Pawnbroker and advance along our Career Path.

As part of our Customer Service team, you will greet customers, process sales and loans, and handle opening/closing duties. We offer competitive pay, uncapped bonus potential, great benefits, and a clear path to store leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Here’s what you can expect as a Retail Customer Service Representative* (Pawnbroker)*: This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. As part of our Customer Service team in our stores, you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that continues to set us apart from the competition.
