Job summary

Texas EZPAWN L.P. in Houston is hiring Retail Sales Associates / Retail Customer Service team members for a fast-paced environment. You will provide excellent customer service, process sales and loans, and support daily store operations.

We offer a 5-week paid training program with raises, Pawnbroker promotion, ongoing certification, competitive pay with monthly bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as a team member.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
