Halfords is seeking retail team members to deliver great customer service and guidance on products and fitting services. You’ll learn product knowledge, demonstrate items, and engage with customers to meet sales targets.

We provide extensive training and a benefits package including store discounts and wellness programs. This is a customer-facing role requiring weekend availability and a proactive approach to helping customers.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets, and to work on a rota including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and product guidance.
• Demonstrate and explain Halfords products and fitting services to customers.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets and learn our product knowledge through training.
