Job summary

In Operations, you will maintain shelves, process purchases, and assist with stock rotation and promotions while upholding company policies and safety standards. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at the register.
• Maintains shelves, assists with stock, and monitors inventory.
• Processes returns, exchanges, and refunds; handles voids and rain checks as needed.
• Ensures compliance with store policies, asset protection, and local regulations.
